In addition to our industry leading sanitization standards, we have increased our hygienic efforts to continue to provide the best experience for our customers. As a reminder, we want you to feel your best. We have a generous 24-hour cancellation policy in the event that you are feeling unwell and would like to reschedule. Appointments

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated to ensure you receive your full service and that other guests are not inconvenienced. Please arrive fifteen to thirty minutes in advance of your appointment. This allows time to change into a robe and to relax prior to your service.

Cancellations

To avoid a cancellation fee, appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Your card will be charged 50% of the service price for a same day cancellation.  To cancel or change your appointment, please call 718-229-2450 or 718-229-2360.

Pricing

Glam & Glow reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments. This is to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please ask when you book your appointment.

Gratuities

Your service fee do not include gratuities. Your service provider work hard to make sure you are comfortable, safe and well-served during your visit. As with any service business, it is considered standard practice for clients to tip their service provider. We appreciate your acknowledgement of our professionally trained staff.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Gift Cards, and cash. 
 

For Your Comfort in the Spa

We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications as some services may be contraindicated. Please advise our professional staff of any allergies or sensitivities or if you are pregnant. Please note, we do not perform any injectable, laser treatments or body treatments during the pregnancy.

For the comfort of all of our guests, Glam & Glow is smoke-free environments. This includes electronic cigarettes and vaporizers.

Robes and slippers are provided for your comfort.  For the protection of your clothing, we ask that you wear the robe that is provided.

For your comfort and convenience, your treatment may require the removal of jewelry. Our spas offer lockers to use for your clothes and personal belongings. We recommend that you leave your valuables at home as we CANNOT be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles.
